The hearing and Deaf communities come together to show a community full of love, support and understanding. Hands and Voices is an organization dedicated to supporting families with Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing children. The Florida chapter of Hands and Voices longed for a design to attest to both the hearing and Deaf child and adult communities in a youthful, whimsical style.
